Sorry but for your level? Why didnโ€™t you contact a local influencer? I think you could better explore peruvian food with a true connaisseur. Chef timour is discovering as you but he is not peruvian. Here in Peru we have lots of tastes and varieties and culture implicited details. Luciano Mazzetti who is a very reknown food influencer could has been a better option.

Seco de pollo is amazing! You must try it with frejoles ( beans). It's the best mix! Peruvian food, the best and most varied food on Earth!!!

please come back to malaysia. There are more traditional and regional foods during this ramadhan month. You can go to any bazaar and there would be a lot of food. Some places even offer buffet or special foods for iftar (ramadhan dinner). You should try ayam golek and a lot of kuih.

Try seco de ternera or seco de cabrito. In the northern side of Peru. Try seafood from there, too. Very different from the south. Try pachamanca a la tierra now that your are around Cusco. Also, La Selva, the jungle part of Peru. They jave delicious food as well. Have fun!
