Hi Weber fans! Head Grill Master @kevin_kolman taking over the Instagram again for one final day. Today we are talking all about burgers and sausages. Here are my TOP 5 burger tips (yes, I know, even at 8am I am thinking about burgers): 🍔 1. Select the right meat, 80/20. 2. Season it the right way with salt, pepper, and garlic. 3. Get yourself a burger press. This guarantees that your burgers are all the size AND it makes your life a whole lot easier because you can pre-make the patties so that you are not doing them the day of. 4. Put a thumbprint in the center of each patty, we are making burgers not meatballs. 5. Grill at 450-500. Any higher will cause the outside to overcook and the inside to under cook. A 1/4 lb burger will take 3-4 minutes a side to cook and a ½ lb patty, it’s 4-5 minutes a side. Flip 1x. Put the cheese on 1 minute before you take the patties off the grill. Depending on how you like it, you are looking at taking the burgers off the grill when they are 140-160. . . . #Weber365 #webergrill #weber #grill #grilling #grillin #grillingseason #instagrill #grilllife #grillingtime #grillingandchilling #grillporn #grilllovers #grillinfools #certifiedgrilllover #bbq #bbqlife #bbqnation #bbqlove #summergrilling #summertime #summervibes #summermoments #summerday #grillmaster #GrillMasterProTip #happyfourth #4thofJuly

No burger press needed.Just use 2 pieces o wax paper, make a palm sized meatball ,place between the wax paper and press down with your hand. Easy cheap and simple

You left out the Weber Gourmet Hamburger Seasoning. That stuff is no joke.

Plus, don’t pre-season your burgers as it dries them out. Also, I no longer season the meat before I make the patties. Instead I season the patties just like a steak, right before cooking.
