One final Grill Master Pro Tip for sausages. You can do a beer bath or you can baste the sausage with beer because the natural sugars in the beer will help brown the sausage and give it a little bit of flavor. Add sausage and beer to 2-3 disposable large drip pans and grill over 300-325 degree heat for 16-20 minutes and then caramelize directly on the grates for 4-6 minutes. Top it off with a beer mustard, just take a regular spice mustard, add a little bit of beer (ale, lager, etc) and warm it up. @kevin_kolman . . . #Weber365 #webergrill #weber #grill #grilling #grillin #grillingseason #instagrill #grilllife #grillingtime #grillingandchilling #grillporn #grilllovers #grillinfools #certifiedgrilllover #bbq #bbqlife #bbqnation #bbqlove #summergrilling #summertime #summervibes #summermoments #summerday #grillmaster #GrillMasterProTip #happyfourth #4thofJuly

I said this hours ago as a Weber โ€œGrand-Master Grill Tipโ€. Use a 12inch skillet and always use either a Stout or a Porter due to MORE flavor and more sugars for caramelizing!

Disposable large drip pan???? NOOO!!!! We need to dispose grilling techniques that are environmental unsound. What about sustainable grilling?

And what do you do when your Performer Deluxe Grill gets full of rust on the support table and the lid, with less than 3 years of moderate use, and always covered with a Weber cover and being placed on a covered patio? And then you send pics and all the info to their support team and despite being acknowledged that the message was received, no one else ever replies to your follow ups for one week??? Poor customer service is the only thing worse than poor product. #webergrills #fail

After being a long time customer buying a ton of barbecues from you and never needed customer service until yesterday I was greatly disappointed. Not only was I told the reducer and pipe I used would void my warranty (when your website clearly says I need to do that) to NEVER receiving an email follow up ... and having to call a gas expert in only to find out the pipe that came with our Weber Genesis E 315 was broken. ... terrible experience. Hopefully our bbqing experience is uphill from here ...
